Shipping, Returns & Payment Policy

Where we deliver      Sexc Lingerie will deliver within Australia ONLY.  Our Staff will notify you immediately after reciept of order if we cannot ship to your specified location, and arrangements will be made to ship your product to an alternative address. We require a street address for delivery – we cannot deliver to a P.O. Box, unless other arrangements have been made with a Sexc Lingerie representative (an additional fee may apply for P.O. Box deliveries).


Dispatch       Only when payment has been made and cleared by Sexc Lingerie will we dispatch the order.  Please note that Sexc Lingerie does not dispatch orders on weekends and public holidays. 


Estimated Delivery Time Estimated delivery time for order in Australia are 3 – 5 working days.  Deliveries outside of Metropolitan areas may take longer.  Deliveries in Western Australia, Northern Territory and ACT may take a take longer.  Please send us an email or call us on 1300 662 337 during normal business hours for an estimated lead time on your order.


Delivery Service Most orders are dispatched via Australia Post service, within Australia Only.


Delivery Cost The following delivery costs apply:

Australia – Flat rate of $9.85 AUD per order.  Startrack or Australia Post.  Signature required. If you are not available at time of delivery ,a card will be left for you to collect your parcel from your nearest Post Office. 

Express Post Australia - Flat rate of $14.85 AUD per order. Do not require signature. Upto the descretion of the Courier driver where they leave the package. Parcel may be left in letter box, or at your doorstep. This delivery is not guaranteed. If issues arise we will asist by contacting the Postal Service.

Please Note: For quickest delivery from time of placing your order, we recommend placing your order using our 'Credit Card' payment option.


Acceptance of delivery Deliveries must be signed for and anyone at the delivery address who receives the products shall be presumed by Sexc Lingerie to be authorised to receive the products.


Back orders At Sexc Lingerie we do our best to make sure that we are fully stocked at all times, however on occasion due to factors out of our control we may be out of a particular item. If this does occur, we will be in contact with you to discuss your options of either holding your order until the item arrives, an alternative item or product or refunding you for the product that is unavailable.  

If we are holding the order for you and you have ordered other items, Sexc Lingerie will send out the other products that are in stock and you will not be charged any additional shipping fee for the back order to be sent.

Your Privacy       For your privacy, any issues relating to this site will be discreetly and confidentially handled, including purchasing, payment options, packaging and contacts.  Sexc Lingerie will not appear on any of the packaging.  The name that will appear on your Packaging, Statements, Invoices, and Paypal receipt will be 'SP APPAREL'   Your Invoice or Delivery Dockets will only show a Product Code and not the actual description of the Item purchased.  You will have to refer to the confirmation email we send you, to cross reference the item codes with the product descriptions of your Order. 

Delivery Problems If your delivery has not arrived, please send us an email or call us on 1300 662 337 during normal business hours If you wish to return a product delivered damaged or otherwise, please refer to our Returns/Exchange Policy.


 Sexc Lingerie are not responsible for any late delivery or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.



Return & Exchange Policies

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products      Faulty goods and orders that are processed incorrectly by Sexc Lingerie can be returned and exchanged within 14 days of receiving the product. If the packaging has not been damaged in transit then please return the product in the original packaging.   When we receive the goods we will gladly exchange the product and credit you with the postage cost you have incurred.


Incorrect Purchase    If you have made a mistake when placing your order, Sexc Lingerie will gladly exchange your product within 14 days, as long as the product is undamaged. The customer will be responsible for any returns postage charge and all returned goods must be in their original packaging, enclosed with a copy of the receipt and in excellent re-saleable condition. Please note that any delivery charges will not be refunded, nor will any postage costs incurred by returning the item(s) to us, unless the item(s) are faulty.

Care Instructions      It is the customers  responsibilty to take appropriate care of garments purchased.  Please follow wash care instructions to maintain your garments condition.


We accept returns within 14 days of your purchase.

 Please accompany all returns with the following information:

Original Receipt Full Name Order Number Contact Details -  ie. phone number and email address

This information will help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Any products returned after 14 days will not be accepted as a return.




Prices Do not incur GST and are in Australia Dollars (AUD).

Payment Methods Sexc Lingerie accepts the following payment options:

Credit Card Sexc Lingerie accepts VISA, MasterCard, & PayPal.   Upon checkout you will be redirected to the Paypal payment site.  You can pay via Credit Card without having a Paypal account.

We do not accept Cheques, Money Orders or Direct Deposit Payments

Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 working days upon receipt of funds.  Funds must be transferred as soon as your order is placed.  When transferring funds, use your order number as the reference number.  If payment is not received within 5 working days, your order may be cancelled.

Please note for your Order to be processed as Quickly As Possible, the Quickest form of payment is with Credit Card or PayPal which is linked to your nominated Credit Card. 

Your Privacy       For your privacy, any issues relating to this site will be discreetly and confidentially handled, including purchasing, payment options, packaging and contacts.

Credit Card Statements        For your privacy, your Credit Card and Bank Statements will only show SP APPAREL & will not include reference relating to the product purchased.
